1. Pip
   The smallest price movement a currency can make, typically the fourth decimal place in a quote. It’s used to measure the price change in currency pairs.

2. Leverage
   The ability to control a larger position with a smaller amount of capital, often expressed as a ratio. While it amplifies potential gains, it also increases risk.

3. Spread
   The difference between the bid (buy) and ask (sell) price of a currency pair. It represents the broker’s fee and is an important factor in trading costs.

4. Lot
   The standard unit size for trading Forex. A standard lot is 100,000 units of the base currency, but mini and micro-lots are also commonly used.

5. Stop-Loss
   An order placed with a broker to sell or buy once a certain price is reached, used to limit potential losses in a trade.

6. Base Currency
   The first currency in a currency pair. It is the currency against which the value of the second currency (the quote currency) is compared.

7. Quote Currency
   The second currency in a currency pair. The price of the base currency is quoted in terms of the quote currency.

8. Margin
   The collateral required to open and maintain a leveraged position. It is expressed as a percentage of the full trade size.

9. Take-Profit
   A predefined level at which a trader automatically closes a trade to lock in profits once the market moves in their favor.

10. Liquidity
    The ease with which a currency can be bought or sold without affecting its price. Highly liquid markets, such as major currency pairs, are more stable.
